Before you land: three things to have ready

Step 1: from the aircraft to baggage reclaim
Palma Airport has a single terminal, so every arriving passenger follows the same flow. After leaving the aircraft, follow the yellow signs for Arrivals / Llegadas / Ankunft and Baggage reclaim. If you are flying in from outside the Schengen area, you will pass passport control first; this can take a while at peak times.
The screens in the baggage hall show which carousel corresponds to your flight. Oversized items such as pushchairs, golf bags or bicycles are usually delivered at a separate oversized baggage point, so check the signs if your large item does not appear on the belt.
Step 2: through the arrivals exit
Once you have your luggage, continue to the exit. Here you will find the arrivals hall with car hire desks, cafés and cash machines, as well as the meeting area where many drivers and tour representatives wait for their passengers.
