2. Nature of the service

Tu Taxi Mallorca is an intermediation service operated by Marketing Comline S.L. Through this website users request taxi transfers between Palma de Mallorca Airport and any point on the island: every journey starts or ends at the airport. Marketing Comline S.L. does not provide the transport service itself: it handles the request and assigns it to duly authorised drivers and holders of taxi or private-hire (VTC) licences, who are responsible for providing the transport in accordance with the applicable regulations.

3. Terms of use

Accessing and using tutaximallorca.com (the “Website”) makes you a user and implies full acceptance of this Legal notice. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Website.
